1. How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially for custom designs, larger packages, or events during peak seasons. Last-minute bookings may be accepted based on availability, but early booking allows for the best customization and planning, and you get to enjoy early booking perks.

Yes! We offer both virtual consultations and on-site venue walkthroughs. This allows us to understand your vision, offer ideas, and recommend the best package for your space and needs.

Absolutely. Each package has flexibility and can be enhanced with add-ons or custom styling to match your theme, color palette, or event goals.

Yes, we offer event rentals including tables, chairs, tents, lounge furniture, and kids’ seating. These can be added to any decor package or booked as a separate rental.

We coordinate these services through our trusted vendor network. While these are provided by third parties, we manage the setup flow, visual alignment, and timing to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Yes, we are happy to travel! Travel fees may apply depending on the distance, venue access, and setup requirements. We’ll confirm this during the quote or consultation stage.

Yes, all our packages include setup and takedown of the decor. Specific timing will be arranged in advance with your venue to ensure everything is styled and removed efficiently.

Yes, you’re welcome to use your own props, and we also offer à la carte rentals for clients not booking a full decor package. We’ll make sure everything still feels cohesive and coordinated.

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is typically due 7–14 days before your event. Payment plan options may be available.

We understand that plans change. Deposits are non-refundable, but we are happy to transfer your payment to a new date, depending on availability and how far in advance you notify us.
